Description

The villa is only 2 minutes from La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, and 10 minutes drive from fabulous Guardamar beach, with golden sand. The villa has a bathroom with high pressure shower, living/dining room, separate kitchen, and is equipped with both air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There are views from the covered terrace of the communal garden and pool, down to part of the golf course, and across to the villas on the other side of the valley. Situated in a quiet area, this is an ideal location for couples or families. The climate makes it an all-year-round destination, and particularly popular for winter golf. We provide every assistance from your initial enquiry to your return home. Our English housekeeper will meet you on your arrival and will be available should you need anything during your stay.There is a charge of 60 Euros for end of stay cleaning and laundry. This is not included in the rental rate above as it is payable direct to our housekeeper on arrival at the villa. A mid-stay change of linen,towels, tea towels and bathmats are obligatory every 7th day ( 25€ ). Washing machine are only for private items.

The two bedrooms can be prepared for you either as a double and a twin or, with the single beds zipped together, as a double and a 6' super-king.

Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Good quality bed linen is provided, and is changed weekly. A mid-week linen-change can be arranged direct with our housekeeper if required.

New for 2015: We now have air-conditioning fitted in both bedrooms in addition to the living room and this will keep you cool in the Summer and toasty warm in the Winter nights.

The bathroom is fully tiled and the shower is high-pressure. One hand and one bath towel is provided for each guest.
Satellite TV with English channels, DVD player and iPod dock. Wi-fi is available.

If you need baby equipment, such as a cot, highchair etc., or even a selection of toys, the hire of these can be arranged in advance, for delivery to the villa on the day you arrive. A small welcome pack of essential supplies can also be ordered if required, and will be awaiting your arrival.

The community pool is unusually large, and includes a shallow area for children, but is never crowded as the area is mainly residential. Sun beds are provided for the use of residents and their guests. If you wish, you can keep an eye on the children from the terrace of the villa while having a cooling drink in comfort.

Our lovely housekeeper Jenny meet you up at The Villa when you arrive, and giving you the keys, and also show you everything about the villa! Jenny is also available during your stay if you should need help with anything. Are you arriving late ? No problems, then the keys are in a keybox for you, and Jenny com to you the day after! Do you want any shopping? We provide shoppingservice if you arrive late or on a sunday, Just let us know what you want shopping, and it will be in the villa when you arrive, No extra charge! You only pay whats on receipt.

“Unfortunate Covid-19 Cancellation”

Unfortunately due to the present COVID-19 restrictions we have had to cancel our visit at Easter this year. I would like to thank the owners for their help and support at this difficult time in assisting us to claim a full refund of our deposit. How do damage deposits work?
