Reserved for rent is the Mezzanine of the URBANI Palace. Palace built in 1459 in full Renaissance. The flat is on the second and last floor in an independent wing of the Palace, belonging to a single property. URBANI Palace stands at the center of a village of Roman origin rich in history and art. Recently renovated keeps intact its Renaissance style. In the main floor and the ground floor is in the process of restoration of pictorial decorations. Jobs, who presumably will last for some time, do not interfere with the activities of guests who, even if they wanted to, they could be observers. The penthouse is spread over 200 square meters with all comforts and with a view, in all directions and without obstacles, difficult scenarios describable in words. It's the perfect place for the vacation of those wishing to simply calm and silence enjoying its spacious and bright rooms or sunbathing in her terrace away from prying eyes. It's romantic hideaway for those seeking intimacy. Considering its equidistance from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea as from the Monti Sibillini National Park, can be the starting point for visitors, families or groups of friends, love all kinds of excursions or for those who are sensitive to history, art, culture, cuisine of the diffused Museum that has this part of Italy. It is accessible from all major European cities, all told in a two-hour flight and just over an hour's drive.
