Description

It is a rural accommodation called House Villa Balcony, in spanish: Villa el Mirador with 130 m2.
Big dinning room with tables, chairs, sofa,TV, TDT, TV satellite, internet, wi-fi and stereo
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and everything you need for a kitchen
4 Bedrooms: two of them with a double bed, other two with twin beds. Also available cot and highchair
2 Bathrooms with shower
Air conditioning in the dining room and the bedrooms.
Cold and hot water
We supply towels and sheets for all our rooms.
The house has only one floor.

To secure your booking you have to pay the 25% of the total and the rest when on the arrival to the house.

If you cancel the booking 60 days before the arrival,the reserve will not be refunded.

A 200 € breakage deposit is required which will be refunded after your holiday ends.

Bookings are normally taken Saturday to Saturday. However, we will do our best to accommodate mid-week arrivals and departures.

Departure will be at 10:00 h maximum and the check in will be at 15:00 h.

“Lovely villa with a great view”

We used the villa as a base for exploring Andalucía with two friends from Australia. Granada Córdoba and the coast are all about an hours drive. Iznájar itself is a very pleasant and interesting small white town. Well worth a walk up. The villa is set on the hillside opposite the town with great views. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The bedrooms are spacious and attractive. Kitchen is compact but well equipped. The lounge area is nice but we didn't use it as the weather was too good to be inside. Plenty of outside space and furniture as well as an outside kitchen with fridge, plancha and BBQ. Lovely pool as well. Plenty of parking. All very secure. The internet isn't super fast but more then acceptable for somewhere in the campo. Domingo was very pleasant and helpful. Easy to check in and check out.
