Within walking distance of the vibrant market town of Noyant, Villa Noyantis is a smartly furnished holiday cottage.
A garden and patio area take full advantage of the sunshine in this picturesque region of France. The pretty town of Noyant boasts a swimming pool and a weekly market, as well as a small choice of shops, pharmacies, café bars and restaurants - all within a 1km stroll.
The local area includes a wide range of activities for all the family including numerous Chateaus, Vineyards, Wine Tours, Golf, Fishing and Lakeside Beaches.

“A Lovely place to stay.”
Wendy and Andy the owners are lovely. There was a welcome basket awaiting us and the house looks just as it does in the pictures. It is beautifully decorated, quiet and very relaxing. The next door neighbours are very friendly and as their garden is at the front of the house Villa Noyantis' garden is very private because it overlooks a field. The property is just outside the town and because it was so hot we always drove in. Most of the town was closed up for August, as is most of France at this time of the Year, but the supermarket, post office and chemists were open. We visited Le Fleshe on The Sunday, so not lots to do, but very pretty with a good park. Really enjoyed Samur - great shop including a Decathlon and we loved Angers. On one occassion we visited the museum of old shops and another day we went to the Chateau de Brissac. Highly recommend both. As townies, the plumbing took some getting used to and I really missed having a dishwasher, but the 12 and 9 year old soon got into the swing of drying up and putting away and the property wasn't short of tea towels or anything else for that matter. We had a lovely holiday and felt very relaxed whilst there.There were fabulous places to visit during the day, a pretty and well equipped house to relax in at night and English TV to watch! The area is so quiet I didn't once worry about the children essentially being in a seperate wing of the house. Think it added to my relaxation! Now we're home, I miss the field like you wouldn't believe!

“Christmas Break”

“Fantastic house and a perfect base for exploring the region”
A beautifully decorated, spacious and well-equipped holiday house with lots of thoughtful touches. Both the owners and the local agents are lovely and very helpful. Quiet location yet within walking distance of the town/supermarket. The community outdoor pool (10 mins' walk away) is lovely on a hot day! The house is perfectly situated for visiting several towns (Saumur, Angers, Tours) and chateaux in the Loire region, and there is a lakeside beach and fabulous indoor pool at La Fleche, 30 minutes away. Our family of five (kids aged 14, 12 and 8) had a great holiday at this house (NB: the master bedroom is accessed via a different staircase to the other bedrooms which could be an issue with younger children).

“Very well equipped cottage”
Enjoyed our stay very much. We had a teenager and younger child and the property was perfect. Plenty of room for a larger family.
