Description
Below the highest peaks of Mosor, 600 meters above sea level, in the Gornje Sitno is settled "Villa Ružica". Surrounded by unspoilt nature, chirping birds and fragrant Mediterranean plants,Villa is placed near by the suburbs of Split, which gives you the proximity at all that one modern city has to offer. Neighborhoods are friendly and quiet. In the village you can buy local food, goat's milk, eggs, vegetables and fruit and wine. There is a public bus 20 m from villa, connection to Split approximately every 2 hours.
Just above the Villa, is the "Star Village", and only 30-60 minutes walk away, in the heart of the mountain Mosor, 850 m above sea level is the mountain lodge "Umberto Girometta", surrounded by dense pine forests, meadows and small pond.
Around Villa there are numerous hiking and walking and biking roads, and two taverns ( "Kod Dunde" and "Svanuće " ) which offer traditional Dalmatian food (homemade ham, cheese, lamb, baked dishes, ... ) and drinks (local red and white wine and homemade brandy).
After spending time in nature, come to a two-storey Villa Ruzica (140 m2) , a newly constructed building that provides a complete rest for 7-10 people.
Parking, wi - fi internet, TV with lots of programs, air conditioners, 5 rooms fully and comfortably furnished, 2 wc-bathrooms , spacious living room with a modern kitchen, balcony, open and closed fireplaces, garage and garden full of flowers and plants will give you pleasure.
If you want to relax and try your skills in gardening and floriculture, you can use 500m2 arable land, and then try your culinary skills in preparing the grill and the lid in the open or closed fireplace with crickets and wine.
The price of accommodation is ranging from 40 € per day till 110 € per day in full season..
