Description

This luxury ground floor apartment has absolute river frontage, overlooking the port and it's fleet and is within easy walking distance of shops,restaurants and natural attractions. It is fully self-contained with quality furniture and fittings.

Accommodating up tho six people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms the apartment can also be rented as a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment with reduced tariffs. Two large queen size bedrooms have walk in robes and en-suite bathrooms making an ideal rental for couples.The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Families and groups are well suited by the 3 bedroom configuration.

A large terrace area with a barbeque for outdoor living is the perfect place to dine or have evening drinks whilst overlooking the activity at the wharf.

Off street car-parking is available for 2 cars.

The apartment is situated within a five minute walk to the town centre and 100 metres from a fine dining restaurant. The beach is in easy walking distance across the river.

A great, spacious apartment in an ideal location. Well furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. The lack of Wifi is a pity. Adding this would make this a perfect stay.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. The VHS player was put in only recently when an older family group wanted to view an old tape they had of family get togethers. They had forgotten to bring their old VHS player with them and we were able to source that from some friends so that they could view these happy gatherings together. I am sorry that you did not find the apartment as you would wish but I hope you enjoyed the views of the river and our lovely town.
