A small villa with incredible sea views!!
This is a charming cottage type villa, set in a stunning seaside location. You will enjoy a bird's-eye view of the coast from your balcony and from the private swimming pool. And it’s just a few minutes walk down to the beach! End the day with a barbecue at the secluded front patio or dine out at one of the lovely restaurants in Maro or nearby Nerja. This is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday on an idyllic location.
Location and outside area
Its location is tranquil, peaceful and the frontal sea views are just unbeatable. The adorable village of Maro is a 5 minute drive away, whilst cosmopolitan Nerja is only 5 minutes more. The beach is hidden away from the crowds and remains relatively quiet even in the summertime. At the private pool (3x5 m), situated on a lower level, a sun lounger invites you to lazy afternoons with a good book. For your outside dinners, the front patio with built-in barbecue is the ideal spot.
Please note: a rock slopes down from the balcony and pool area, so younger children will need supervision.
Inside and lay-out
All the rooms of this cottage are conveniently situated one the ground floor. The neat, open-plan dining/living room is very comfortable and decorated in a rustic style with an open fireplace, a dining table for 6, a sofa-bed, an armchair, and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a vitro-hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms comprise one double and one twin bedroom, sharing a complete bathroom with WC, shower, and basin. There is also air conditioning and a safebox in the villa (both free of charge).
A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).
