The panorama from the gym and pool on the top floor is also amazing. Shopping is on your doorstep and the convenience of Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and eateries downstairs from the building is handy. We have furnished the apartment to be stylish and comfortable. We enjoy visiting Melbourne and staying in our apartment when we can. We hope you enjoy our apartment as much as we do.)

The Melbourne Central corporate apartment is brilliantly located; part of the huge new, QV1 complex of shops, cafes and restaurants right in the middle of Melbourne CBD. It's hard to beat having Woolworths, Big W, Dan Murphy's, a medical centre, pharmacy, post office, banks & ATMs, office works and hairdressers etc in the same building.

You will love the centrality of Melbourne Central. It is only a short walk from Chinatown, and some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. Melbourne Central shopping centre, the Bourke Street Mall, Carlton Gardens & Melbourne Museum/IMAX theatre, Crown Casino and the aquarium are all within easy walking distance.

MINIMUM STAYS:

This apartment generally has a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Bookings made well in advance have longer minimum stays.

Long term stays are also welcome.

Pets are allowed in many of our properties, as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings.

“Great location, great apartment with everything a family with 5 kids could wish for.”

We (family of 5, with kids 3, 7 & 9 year old) stayed at the apartment with for 10 days in July, and the apartment felt like home during our stay. Great location, with shops in the building, range of restaurants, walking distance to Southbank, MCG, Lygon St., Flinders st. Apartment was clean and well equiped with everything we needed. Also, having a parking bay as a part of the package was great.

The place was nicely decorated; much effort was made in writing down instruction and information on where to go for dinner, medical help and places of interest. Everything is very well organised. The place is also very clean and tidy. Michael was very flexible in our timing arrangement; greatly appreciate that.
