Description

Lovely, modern cedar log cabin, meticulously built in the 1960s. Expanded in 2008 by award-winning Philadelphia architect (over 1800+ Sq. ft) . Beautiful glass and red fir common room connects the old and new. Cabin sits right across the street from the harbor (and a lobster dock), with a water view. A wooded, 1 acre lot in the backyard, with extra parking. Modern amenities including full kitchen w/ dish washer, Washer/dryer, Huge big-screen TV w/ surround sound system, Cable & Internet..

Tenants Harbor is a lovely small village on the coast of Maine. A working lobster village and a haven for artists, who have come for decades to paint the beautiful scenery. General store in town w/ all amenities; Only 15 minutes away from the beautiful small town of Rockland .

Cabin is particularly well suited for multiple family vacations. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath in both the original cabin and the new addition. Both sides will accommodate 4 each in the bedrooms. There are two double futons in the loft/study in the newer wing that can accommodate at least 2 more. The loft is private and has lovely woods and water views. Full washer/dryer on site.

How do damage deposits work?
