This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located overlooking Lapad Peninsula, with wonderful views of Lapad and the Elaphiti Islands. Lapad is one of Dubrovnik most popular tourist areas, with a great choice of beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops and picturesque side walks. The Citrus bay apartment offers a quiet reprieve from the bustling and very busy Old Town but close enough for guests to walk to where the action is. The apartment itself is charming, spacious and furnishings have been selected with guest comfort in mind.
The Citrus Bay is situated on the ground floor of a newly constructed residential building. This lovely apartment has its own private entrance and small garden. The apartment itself boasts lots of natural light with large windows to welcome in it's wonderful views. It can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a sea and mountain view and consists of a double bed, parquet floors and double wardrobe space for guests belongings. The second bedroom consists of two single beds that can accommodate up to 3 children (trundle beds). The tastefully decorated apartment offers relaxing neutral tones, it contains a combined and very spacious open plan living and dining area with tiled floors and top of the range Italian kitchen, totally new and fully equipped with everything to make your visit a hassle free one...The dining space consists of a modern cherry wood table and six upholstered fabric chairs. The living room area has a leather sofa suite, A/C, TV, Satellite, DVD, stereo and plays station. The fully tiled bathroom comprises of a toilet, washbasin, Jacuzzi, shower with massage jets and washing machine. However the best part of this apartment is the wonderful large terrace with canopy that links the living room & dining room to the sea, offering beautiful views to the Adriatic and the Elafiti Islands. The terrace is equipped with outdoor table and 6 chairs on one side should the guests wish to enjoy some of the finer culinary treats Croatia has to offer. On the other side it offers a comfortable conservatory suite and coffee table, where you can unwind with a glass of Croatian wine whilst admiring its spectacular sunsets.
This exclusive property offers guests the best of both worlds - privacy and seclusion with a beautiful view in a central location, perfect for relaxing!
