Baleeyan is a private development where the owners' passion for quality living, created an environment in harmony with nature,
Just 5 minutes drive from Phuket international airport, your spirit will be uplifted when you enter the garden of Baleeyan, set in a traditional Thai architecture with mystical figurines amongst tropical flora and waterfall. It has a large kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals or book our chef for inhouse dining , please note 24 hours advance notice require and services charges will add on to the groceries cost.
There are various accommodation cater for your needs,
Private Villa
4 bedrooms with outdoor en-suite bath and shower, living room, private swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining room, study room, large kitchen with outdoor BBQ
All prices are inclusive of:
- towel changes every 3 days
- bed linen changes once a week
If you have a bigger party, we also have 2 more bedrooms adjacent to the main villa for rent .
At extra charges: we can provide a mini van with a driver to take you around the island. Also after a long day out , in house massage services can be arrange.
Not merely provision of accommodation, Baleeyan provides event planning and coordination services for:

If Patricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
