Less than 1.5 km from the centre of Victoria is this superb 200 year old farmhouse a perfect retreat for anyone looking for a perfect break with every indulgence. Ta' Nikola farmhouse has a homely feel, sleeping up to eight guests. Having been designed and furnished in a very individual style, all details in the property have been carefully thought out with Gozitan inspired décor.

I am sorry that we haven't managed to accept your booking, but for some reason we had two bookings coming in, in the space of a couple of minutes and thus, the system has not been as quick to close the available dates. As for your refund, as promised, we are more than willing to refund: we have been in touch with the platform through which you have booked your reservation and informed them that we are going to refund you shortly: I have also asked them to inform you to provide us with your bank details or Credit Card details to refund you there and then, but however, they have informed us after a week, that it's better if we just refund them and then they do refund you in turn (am sure that this is taking a bit longer than expected, but that's what we were advised to do by the company with whom you lodged your reservation). Response from the owner Surprised to read this review! I would appreciate more feedback from your end in order to solve any problems, if they exist. Shower: i would appreciate if you tell me which shower cannot be regulated! Please note that we DO NOT have a solar water heater...let alone this one being unregulated! :( Mattress: i would appreciate if you let me know which mattress you're claiming needs to be replaced: will definately replace it if needs be! As far as i am concerned the photos are not taken with a wide lens: thus am not trying to deceive anyone: am sorry to hear this! The 1st floor bedrooms are quite large, approx 20ft x 18 ft with ceiling over 18ft high: thus large enough not to deceive anybody with wide lenses! In my opinion it could have made much more sense should you have informed me about all the things you're claiming while you were here: i would have definately took action in order to solve any issues!

How do damage deposits work?
