Description
This luxury furnished penthouse (123m2) apartment is arranged on two floors and suitable for family holidays. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 people. There is a lounge, kitchen and dining area on the first level. The lounge couch has a sleep option of a king size bed. Recently, a built-in electrical fireplace has been added to the lounge area which makes this place even more cosy.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker and a dishwasher to host delightful evening meals or breakfasts with fantastic mountain views. In addition, a ski storage and a washing machine are available on the first level to facilitate your stay.
There is a lovely balcony with superb panoramic mountain views which is accessible from the lounge. The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 relax chairs to serve as an enjoyable apres-ski area for the afternoon sun.
The apartment comes with a large shower room with bathtub on the first floor and a shower cubicle with a sink and toilet on the second level. There are two spacious beautifully decorated bedrooms with magnificent mountain peak views. One click bed-couch is available in the pathway between the two bedrooms.
Private infrared sauna room with tourmaline stones for two is available in the apartment equipped with chroma therapy (lights) and CD player with relaxing music for the body and mind.
Linen and towels are included in the rental price.
Additional costs include:
- Cleaning costs - 30 GBP; and
- Electricity costs (depend on usage and length of stay).
The apartment is located on the top floor in the well maintained Prespa Complex. The apartment is accessible by lift or stairs.
The apartment is heated with electric heaters.
Prespa Complex is located just 6 minutes walk from the Gondola Lift Station in Bansko, Bulgaria.

“If you don´t go to Bansko you will regret it”
My holidays were amazing there I had everything I wanted: nature, peace, pubs. The flat was really well furnished it included even a sauna. When I have the oportunity I will definitely go back there.

“Very luxerous and convenient stay at good ski resort”
We stayed at this place during March, and this appartment has all luxury you can think of (sauna and dishwasher) but still has the beauty/uniqueness of ski-appartments. You can easily stay with up to 6 people in the appartment. Its location is very convenient, with only 3 minutes walk to the boulevard. Snow conditions and weather were close to perfect; the ski area had a meter of snow one day before our arrival. Pistes were well prepared, and for the daredevils some exciting off-piste. Very nice and relatively cheap ski area with great restaurants and nice people. Definitely a place we would recommend, and to re-visit!

“Wonderful penthouse”
We have a wonderful holidays in Bansko staying in this penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent. Very good position for skiing and shopping in Bansko, nice view on Pirin Mountain, very comfortable, cosy and well designed apartment, very clean and full of kitchen tools and machines, very big TV with a lot of good programs or in one word best rent home. Also we have a great communication and understanding with Silvia, the owner of the place.
