'Lefkolla' Sea view maisonette is located right in the HEART of PROTARAS. This renovated maisonette has 2 Bedrooms, one full Bathroom on first floor and one toilet on ground floor. All amenities included as shown on photos and all indoor areas have air-conditions.
Bills such as water/electricity/internet and cleaning fees are ALL included in the price.
At the back of the property you will find an outdoor shower for the hot sunny days and at the front a safe private car parking!
The amazing fact about 'Lefkolla' is that its location is unique. Its ONLY 5 minutes away from the beach!!! From the maisonette's balcony you can actually see Sunrise beach and believe me you will fall in love with this place :)
The maisonette is also right next to 'Lefkolla' small square which is where all local Paralimni festivals and celebrations are held during the summer season.
Sunrise beach is exceptionally organised by the Paralimni Municipality and they provide all services such as sunbeds, umbrellas, watersports, wi-fi, public toilets/changing rooms etc. Moreover, you can walk along the pedestrian strip to next door 'Fig Tree Bay'.
'Lefkolla' maisonette will be an experience to remember for many years to come because Aphrodite has the magic stick of making everyone fall in love with the her island's people and beauty.

'Lefkolla' maisonette is suitable for 5 persons (4 adults + 1 infant) but a sofa bed is also provided in the living room for a 6th person. Please let the owner know for a 6th person when booking.
The maisonette has a water cooler, a must to quench the thirst on the hot sunny days. Only 1 euro to fill the water chiller (20ltrs) from the water tank on the main road or you can buy an extra (one-use) big bottle (10ltrs/15ltrs/20ltrs) from the supermarkets.

Damage Deposit: The damage deposit is only 100 EUR and it is refundable if there are no damages after your check-out.
Payment policy: A non refundable deposit of 10% is payable on booking, with the rest of the balance to be paid 2 weeks before your holiday.
Cancellation policy: If the guest pays the full balance on time, they receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
