Description

Thankfully, Emerald Isle did not sustain any damage from hurricane Michael in 2018. Emerald Isle consistenty rates in top #1 or #2 spot out of 81 complexes on Panama City Beach by Trip Advisor! Come enjoy the view from the 22nd floor in Panama City Beach. Watching the marine life from your vantage point on the oversized 326 square foot balcony will be one of your favorite activities. Your rental will also include FRONT ROW RESERVED BEACH CHAIRS and an UMBRELLA for two!! The condo is well appointed with a king size bed in the master as well as a king size bed in the guest room. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area that is perfect for the kids or a 3rd couple. Each bedroom has a full size bath with tub & shower. The guest bath can be accessed from the living area as well. The condo has free Wi-fi, flat screen televisions and DVD players in both bedrooms and the living area. We recently installed a BluRay player in the living area that allows you to stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a gourmet meal or a simple snack for the beach. There is a utility room with washer/dryer + lots of closet space for all your gear. On site, you'll find two pools; one is heated and partially covered. There is a hot tub in the pool area, a steam room, sauna and exercise room. You'll enjoy cooking in the evening by the pool on the community gas grills. We are located on Front Beach Road west of Hwy 79 directly on the beach on the quiet side of town.
