Really Close to the center of Barcelona and all touristic areas, in front of the sea with direct views to Columbus monument from the living room and bedrooms. Located at the top of Av. Paral.lel street. You can go perfectly walking to all touristics areas. Very well located to the main sightseeing spots & several supermarkets & restaurants, less than 5 mn from the Ramblas, Columbus starue, Port Vell area, Old town, Boqueria Marquet, Maremagnum shopping center and the heart of Barcelona !! Also in front of bus stop and really close to metro station.

From there you can star day overlooking the statue of Columbus. Go directly walking to the center of Barcelona, 15 minutes to the "Barceloneta" beach. You can also make "Shopping", going to the cinema or eat something to the most singular Shopping Center of Barcelona "Maremagnum" . In the evening, and also without car or traveling, you can go to the many theaters in the area and dine at one of the best restaurants of the Barcelona port like 7 Portes if you come to do business then meet in the WTC located at 50m, or visit the Fair of Barcelona at 10 minutes walking(

The apartment is very bright, 105 m2 for 3 bedrooms + terrace. The dining room has 32” TV, FREE WIFI wireless internet, table and chairs for 6/8 people. The terrace has table, chairs and magnificent views in front of Columbus statue! The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer. There are three rooms: two with double bed and the other one with two single beds each one. The dining room sofa can be converted into double bed if necessary. Two rooms also have sea views !. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. There are highchair and cot, too.

I recently stayed in this apartment with 7 friends. It was perfect. Ideal location and had everything we needed. Lidl store very close by for supplies too. Although only 3 bedrooms for 8 of us the sofa bed was great and very comfortable. It was also easy to put out and away so had plenty of space during the day. 2 bathrooms was a god send too. Would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay in Barcelona.
