270° ocean front view unobstructed to the center of Zihuatanejo Bay, beach front building, 1 to 3 floors from your apt to the beach water, sits on La Madera Beach drive, only 3 blocks walking distance to main square and all important places, 2nd floor above street level, two floors from street down to the beach. Stairs one floor at least involved every day.

1 master bedroom with 2 double beds, and a great living terrace, outdoor kitchen and dinning, also a separate with private door to TV studio room with the house bathroom and a double size built in sofa bed. sleeps 3 guests comfortably. A/c minisplit units, shower with hot water on demand, kitchen w/ all basic equipment refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker cooktop range and utensils. Cable Tv and Wi-FI access,

No clocks in the apt, no pool nor private parking, this is a small family owned building located on a dead end street in a residential zone, we have a keepman at night very and this is secure, quiet area.

Maid service on day by day rentals is included, on special discounted, weekly deals it is optional, provided upon request at a 15 dlls per day fee, mandatory only on check out day. tips at your discretion are welcome and most appreciated.

Getting around

40 steps down to the ocean and the great path along the shore trybohat will take you into the main square just 3 blocks away, the pier banks restaurants galleries and market within 5 blocks perimeter. this is a hill every one can walk up and down, my 2 year old kid and also my 80 yr old grandma. if you have mobility issues please consider a cab ride 40 pesos in and out.

Interaction with guest

I live 5 minutes away from the property just a phone call away if needed and will come by twice per week just to say hello and see that all is well during your stay.
