Beautiful house on the sandy beach with a wonderful garden and private parking.

It is consisted of 3 buildings with totally 6 STDS + 1 APT X 4 (2 sea view STDS X 2 in the building in front of the beach, 2 sea view STDS X 2 in the building in the middle, 2 garden view STDS X 2 in the building behind and 1 garden view APT X 4).

Each STD has 1 bedroom X 2, kitchenette, WC/SH, veranda.

The STDS in the 1st building have a wonderful sea view (STDS on the ground floor).

The STDS in the 2nd building have a sea view as well (STDS on ground floor).

The STDS in the 3rd building and the APT X 4 have a garden view (STDS on ground floor).

The APT is on ground floor as well and has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 kitchenettes, 2 WC/SH, Verandas.

TV and air conditioning in all studios (air conditioning use: extra price).

DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH: on the beach.

In a short distance there are: mini & super markets, restaurants, bars and other services.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
