the Petruzzelli Theater ( 1 minute) very close to The Adriatic sea (seaview balcony) and at a walking distance from the old town ( Bari Vecchia, 5 minutes), the train station (10 minutes) and from all the most interesting points of the town (universities, castle, shopping area, central bus station, etc).

Best Restaurants and fun entertaining in the area will make your stay a wonderful experience .

The neighborhood and the building are very safe also during the night.

At no more of 10 mt there are coffes, bar, bakerys, delicatessen, pizzerie, restaurants, typical italian food and wine, supermarkets, shops and more.

The Apulia is a land rich in charm and culture , new ideas and ancient tradictions live in harmony.

You will find the accommodation placent and clean , with a host happy to make your stay as easy as possible .

The apartment is composed of large rooms mq 14-18 . In Bari center by the sea, fully furnished, it is a very quiet and agreable house. Free internet wi-fi.

Totally there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , kitchen, reception room, 3 balconies (2 sea view).
