Description

Villa Fortezza has been receiving guests for almost ten years - students and professors from the nearby faculty of architecture, tourists from all over the world, actors and musicians during the Ascoli Piceno Festival season and students of the Italian language academy.

The fruit we use for the homemade jams for breakfast are all organically grown as are the figs, quince, cherries and olive oil that is made from the olives of the fifty or so trees in the garden. Guests are encouraged to pick pears, cherries, figs, apples, grapes and pomegranate straight from the trees. Savoury breakfasts are available on request with ingredients from the kitchen garden that includes, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, basil and so on.

Response from the owner Gentile ospite, concordo con lei che doveva essere più attento nella prenotazione, è sempre molto importante capire cosa si sta prenotando. La camera da lei prenotata non ha l’aria condizionata, ma come indicato sul sito di Booking ha il ventilatore. Il sito riporta anche che la struttura da lei prenotata si trova sulla collina che sovrasta Ascoli Piceno, sotto la Fortezza Pia, in alto rispetto al centro, aria buona, giardino , panorama e scale per scendere in centro. Mi spiace molto che non ha dormito bene e che è stato infastidito dalle zanzare, in campagna d'altronde sono normali, come le dicevo e forse non mi sono spiegato bene, cerco di ridurre al minimo la presenza delle zanzare, ma purtroppo è impossibile eliminarle completamente. Per il confort degli ospiti erano presenti nel corridoio un anti zanzare spray e un fornelletto con insetticida. Comunque il ventilatore che lei aveva sopra al letto , acceso fa si che le zanzare, infastidite dall’aria , vadano via. Mi spiace molto che anche la colazione sia stata inferiore alle vostre attese, preciso che è stata servita in giardino con prodotti freschissimi e di prima qualità incluse le paste appena prese in pasticceria; oltre a quello che lei ha menzionato c’erano anche , yogurt , miele, nocciolato , cocomero appena tagliato, cereali , muesli , succhi di frutta . Il prezzo da lei pagato, 80 euro , è compreso delle commissioni di Booking.com . 18% + tasse 24% + spese per la colazione + spese per la pulizia + spese luce acqua gas , da solo capirà che forse è poco, tanto più se l’ospite , come nel suo caso, porta con se un coniglio che sporca tutto il bagno e le pulizie si raddoppiano. Noi lavoriamo duramente per soddisfare le esigenze dell’ospite , ci si riesce al meglio quando si ha con l’ospite un dialogo costruttivo e reciprocamente rispettoso , che con questa recensione mi sembra non esserci stato.
