ABOUT this Stunning located Villa:

Newly furnished for 2013, One of two Luxury three bedroom villas we offer on this unique development within walking distance of the shoreline, and Esentepe village.

The development prides itself on its location and quality homes.

The villa features a spacious living area equipped with satellite TV, DVD, CD/Radio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and with a Dining table that comfortably seats 8.

A separate guest cloakroom is also found on this floor.

Stairs lead to the first floor where the master Kingsize bedroom is located. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and the two other bedrooms share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating and ample hanging and storage space.

Outside is a 10 metre x 4 metre private, Chlorine free, swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terraces equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs.

A barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings.

Additional services can be provided by including extra housekeeping. The villa owners pride themselves on their attention to detail and warm hospitality and will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and memorable as possible.

“Excellent villa in a quiet and beautiful place”

The villa Sunny is so beautiful, very clean, well equipped and as pictured and described. Location was ideal for us, it was that we have been looking for: absolute silence around, stunning views, pure unspoiled nature. Availability of all the attractions and shops / restaurants is only by car, but we had a great pleasure to ride along the whole of Cyprus. In comparison with western areas, which we subsequently visited, Esentepe seemed us much more pleasant area to live. The owner Stewart Willis was extremely helpful, he responded to all our requests promptly and gave us absolutely all the information we needed. We had a great time at the villa and in the best locations of Northern Cyprus, such as Kyrenia Harbour, Karpaz beaches, monasteries and castles. We strongly recommend Villa Sunny for all those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday in a comfortable environment.
