Villa Mulyono is pet friendly, a nice spacious place to stay with everything you need, sits in its own distinctive and private location, away from the hustle and bustle of Batu's entertainment spots yet at close proximity. Situated at 1100 m altitude, Villa Mulyono can be easily distinguished for its extremely fresh atmosphere, unimaginable views and wonderful setting. The area is also a major agricultural centre with apple orchards everywhere and a large number of orchid nurseries.

​​Franco Timitilli who is Italian native has designed the villa based on a family concept with maximum privacy, crafted largely of Reclaimed Teak, up to date facilities, antique furniture, a stunning pool, spacious open air living room and a lush tropical garden. The cozy, wooden cabin-like quality to the accommodations has always been a definite advantage when compared to hotel stays, an outstanding 2 bedrooms villa with spectacular views to Kawi, Panderman Mountains and down town Batu.

​Villa Mulyono has all the comforts of home and one of the most stylish villas in Batu. This romantic villa features master bedroom with antique king bed, secondary bedroom is stunning with antique four-poster queen size bed the "local"atmosphere is also a welcome change. It is best to treat each stay like a "home away from home" vacation. Warm, generous hospitality, the ultimate private getaway, a modern take on beautiful Javanese architecture and landscaping are what makes this property a unique one.

​Together with their 2 Belgian Malinois dogs, the married couple Ririn Mulyono is Indonesian native and Franco Timitilli, they stay in the villa several months of the year. They have high expectations of confort and practicality for themselves. Things - furniture, fittings, fixtures - not only have to look good, they have to be genuinely comfortable and they have to function the way they are meant to, and our guests benefit as a result. A large living room and space to hang out, watch TV, play games, read, or just enjoy the view.

A true unique villa with its own personality, which will be a truly relaxing getaway.
