Our gorgeous 3 bedroom villa sits on top of a hill with a beautiful panoramic view, 3 km from the Airport.

You may find it interesting to know that by booking with us, you won't pay the standard 10% service fee charged by flipkey/TripAdvisor; this is because our account/registration with flipkey/TripAdvisor is "property manager" account. An account only available to hosts with over 20 listings

The villa is completely private with a pool, kitchenette, sitting room and media room.

Free Light Continental Breakfast - coffee and tea, juice, bread, yogurt, fruit. If you need something more substantial (like eggs and bacon, we can provide this for you in-house at 150 baht per serving. We use locally produced food produce.

We provide an endless supply of drinking water.

Free Airport pickup & Sending off

Everything is accessible, except the owner's residence and library.

You can easily order food to be brought in or order some dishes from our menu. You can do your own shopping and prepare your own meals if you prefer. We recommend a shopping trip to purchase provisions you'd like for your stay.

If you need additional staff, like a bartender or Western chef, please let us know and we can hire one for you.

This Villa is set in a local Thai neighborhood with only a number of bungalow resorts nearby. The Naiyang Reserve Beach area is nearby and a great place to walk to for enjoying the ocean and beachfront dining and drinks.

10-20 minutes walk to the beach.

Eating places:

Heng Heng (yellow/red sign) in the middle of Naiyang road to the airport. Our favorites. Always good. Family restaurant with all kinds of rice and noodles.

High end experience: Award-winning Indigo Pearl. Look it up - very near the villa. Nice cocktail bar with pool tables and happy hour. Gorgeous fusion restaurant Rivet.

Late nite friendly hangouts in Naiyang main road.

Convenient stores in town or you can ask the maid to pick up things.

No children allowed under 9 years old for safety reasons. The villa is designed for adults. If you agree to have your children under 9 on the property, they need to be supervised at EVERY MOMENT as it is purposed design-wise for adults only. The pool is in the center of the residence as a key feature and there are open railings and open deck that are not cordoned off.

Smoking is fine - just throw away properly when you are done.

Please turn off the air conditioning while you are out of the room. Do not leave it on hoping to return to a super-cooled room - it breaks the bank and the environment!

BARBEQUE AT THE VILLA

A barbeque grill is available if you want to cook for yourself. We can do the shopping for you at cost of ingredients and charcoal, plus a 300 Baht tip to our housekeeper.

If you want us to do this all for you (prepare, cook, serve, clean), then the charge is $25 in addition to the shopping costs and tip. This will be charged through Airbnb Resolutions.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
