Our cosy apartment with large terrace is in vicinity of Old Town, in the neighbourhood Ploce, and is perfect for anyone who truly wants to relax. Enjoy beautiful view, easy access to the centre of the city and feel the rhythm of Mediterranean.

Apartment Mara is situated in a quiet neighbourhood across Grand Hotel Villa Argentina, with only a ten minute walk away from the Old Town (500 m). It is also in vicinity of beautiful pebble beaches, especially beach Banje (300 m) which is recognized as one of the most popular Croatian Beaches.

The apartment 28 m2 is located on the top of the building - on the fourth floor and it is accessible by stairs. Very charming, ideal for a romantic getaway. Newly refurnished it consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and large terrace. Bedroom is furnished with king sized bed, two wardrobes and two nightstands. The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, AC, TV SAT and Wi-Fi.

Visitors can also relax on large terrace (20 m2), while enjoying a striking view of picturesque Dubrovnik landscape such as: island of Lokrum, Old City and of course beautiful Adriatic Sea.

Please just notice that the terrace is shared with our quiet neighbor. The entire terrace is 40 m2, 20 m2 is ours and the other half is neighbor's.
