I am offering my 3 bed static home/caravan on the lovely California Cliffs, Park Resorts site in Scratby near Caister and Great Yarmouth.
It sleeps upto 8 people. It has gas central heating and not dry air. It is doulble glazed and insulated. I also have decking and a car parking area. It truely is home from home. Don't forget... This site also good for the people who don't want a big loud site.
Yes, I accept well behaved dogs. I have a dog so please be aware of this when booking as some people have allergies. I do have the carpetS cleaned twice a year.
I am sorry but, Bed linen, bath and hand towels are not included. Every bed does have duvets and pillows, but again no covers. I can provide linen at an extra cost, as I have some go in and make them up.

Electric fire in lounge. ( So if gas bottle runs out, you still have heating.)

This Park Resorts site is extreamly friendly with both people and animals. Park Resorts is the home of Sparkey and Crew, great entertaining for the kids and adults. If the mums and dads get bored with the kids entertainment you can pop in to the waterside bar for some quiet. Yes the waterside bar. It is next to the very clean and well looked after splash pool/baby pool and smaller outside pool with a water slide subject to the weather. The pool offers fun for the kids and adults. No jaquzzi though Ha! UPDATE....Jacuzzi in The Summerfields park, which ParkDean now own.
The is a shop on site. Chip shop on site and launderette on site. There is also a burger bar accross the road along with a chinese takeaway. In the entertainment building they also have a pizza bar. There is a unsupervised play swing area, a football picth, mini golf and go carts, not forgetting the hire cart shop. There is so much to do in Great Yarmouth and Norfolk you will run out of time. There is also a bus stop just ooutside the park if your don't drive. Which brings me to the Great Yarmouth train station. It is only 10 minutes away in a taxi not sure how long on the bus. The Great Yarmouth famous dogs and horse race course is only 5 mins drive away. Fantastic evening out at the dogs. Pleasurewood Adventure Park is not to far away either, brilliant to get the kids and adults worn out. I can go on and on.
Entertainment passes are extra. £ for the unit not by person. But, not everyone wants the passes. Therefore I have given the option for you to decide if you want them or not. Don't worry if you change you mind. The can still buy passes at the front desk whilst you are there.
Check in after 4pm check out by 10am.

“Lovely stay”
Lovely, clean well equipped Caravan. We were a group of 8, 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The veranda was brilliant because it had a gate we were able to have the caravan door open and know the children couldn’t escape. The site is also really nice. Well kept open spaces with lots to do and within walking distance of the beach.
