Description

Our home is located in Sector O, which is a great location because it is close to Santa Cruz (a small village with shops and restaurants), La Crucecita (the center of town, with restaurants, shops, markets with fresh foods, churches, etc.), and it is near Chahue Beach and a marina.Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and our pool is located off 2 of the bedrooms. Lots of privacy! The laundry room is also located on this level.When you go upstairs, we have a large great room, including living/family room and kitchen, as well as a dining room area. There is a balcony, which is partially enclosed, with great views of the beach, and a larger patio for dining, overlooking our pool. A 1/2 bath is conveniently located upstairs.There are fans in each room of the house, as well as air-conditioning. The house is about 3,000 square feet, has high ceilings, and every room is quite spacious. Our house is well-stocked in the kitchen, and we have plenty of towels and linens for our guests. The pool and gardens are taken care of by our pool and garden people, and you have

availability of our manager, one of whom speaks both Spanish and a bit of English. For an extra charge, you can request more cleaning, to be done as often as you like. Then you are free to explore all the wonderful sights in Huatulco, as well as enjoy the awesome restaurants and beaches, that make this area such a great place to visit.Even though we welcome travelers for short-time vacations, we especially welcome those who would like to stay for at least a month at a time. If you enjoy comfort in a natural and uncluttered setting, then our place may be the one for you. Our housekeeper will check our home from time to time during your stay, which can be arranged when you arrive at our home. Guests are not allowed to refuse the housekeeper checking to make sure all is well for you, and for the owners.

As of 2020, we now have a small studio apartment, separate from the house. It has been built for the owners/manager, and is not part of the guest rental. The flat roof of the studio provides an additional patio space for guests to relax on, as well as get more sun.
