Description
This Villa is located in Minuta, picturesque village of the town of Scala, facing the promontory of the world famous Villa Cimbrone in Ravello and overlooks the towns of Amalfi and Atrani at about 400 meters above the sea level. The distinguishing features of this exclusive residence are the enchanting gardens which frame the Villa and the breathtaking panoramas out to the sea and its brand-new swimming pool, an oasis of calm and relaxation, suspended between sky and sea.
The villa is divided into three floors and three independent units with 5 double bedrooms and may accommodate up to 10 people:
- on the ground floor a large, luxurious lounge, fireplace, a beautiful table of Luigi XVI, which has been carefully restored, Chesterfield sofas in precious velvet and a well equipped kitchen;
- on the first floor two double bedrooms with panoramic views, one of it is equipped with a french balcony;
on the second floor other two double bedrooms with panoramic views, one of it has a launch area and a french balcony.
The upper floors can be reached either by an external staircase or by the internal spiral staircase.
- from the Terrace along an external stair case, another double bedroom, fully renovated in blue and white colors with a window.
All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, shower, flat TV, air conditioning and heating.
Terrace with stone oven, barbecue, chairs and tables;
Solarium with sun-chairs and sun-umbrellas;
Patio with wicker sitting area;
Laundry equipped with a washing-machine, iron and ironing-board, clotheshorse.
Included services: water, gas, air-conditioning, electricity up to a maximum consumption per week of 300kw (over this figure €0,40/kw), one time linen for bed and bath and four times cleaning for a total of 8 hours.
Additional charges: final cleaning Euro 280,00, city tax Euro 1,50 per person, per day, children under 12 years old free of charge.
A refundable security deposit of Euro 800,00 to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
Services on charge and on request: Luggage transportation, extra daily cleaning, firewood, cooking classes, food&wine tours, cultural, tours, hiking, boat excursions, pizza party, fishing lessons, scuba-diving, etc.
The villa will be available for check-in between 5:00p.m. and 7:30p.m. and check-out time is within 10:00a.m..
