Apartment Oceanus is situated in the best maintained and most attractive Theseus Village at Aphrodite Hills Resort, a well furnished upper floor one bedroomed apartment in the heart of the Village with stunning views overlooking the communal pool. In the current situation we have relaxed our cancellation policy to "Flexible" to assist guests with a refund in the unfortunate event that they need to cancel their booking.

Beautifully furnished and equipped in contemporary style, this spacious apartment is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in both main rooms. An open plan living/dining room leading onto a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, perfect for taking in the sun.

Free wi-fi is offered in the apartment, along with UK TV with unlimited movies (with international channels also available). There is a DVD/, CD/Tape player and Radio.

There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with top of the range (Bosch) oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, good sized bathroom with bath and shower over. The spacious bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space with access to a second terrace with two loungers, table and gas barbecue. The air conditioning units can also provide heat for year round comfort together with a portable fan heater and oil filled radiator.

The property offers a peaceful holiday in Theseus Village on the beautiful island of Cyprus which benefits from over 300 days sunshine each year.

Alternatively for those looking for a more active stay Aphrodite Hills resort offers many options. These include championship golf course and tennis courts, horse riding, health spa and gymnasium.

The Village Square, a short walk away is the hub of the resort with restaurants and bars offering many different styles of food, providing excellent service and facilities. The Square also houses a supermarket, coffee shop, boutiques, bank and doctor's surgery all in traditional Cypriot style. Events regularly take place here and in the adjacent Intercontinental Hotel including dancing, shows, local bands and markets. All resort facilities are available to our guests.

The resort is conveniently situated only 15 minutes from Pafos airport and 75 minutes from Larnaca airport, very close to motorway links from both.

For those guests staying longer than one week we offer an additional cleaning and linen change facility for £65 each. Please let us know if you would like to use this service at the time of booking.

“A lovely apartment in a great location on Aphrodite Hills resort”

Just returned from my first visit to Aphrodite hills. Theseus Village is situated perfectly to the resort facilities, far enough away from the comings and goings of the village square but close enough to walk to. The golf clubhouse is also in close proximity too. The apartment itself is very modern and feels spacious and stylish. It has a lovely view overlooking the pool area from the balcony....perfect for breakfasts and aperetifs/evening meals! There is also a BBQ and a second balcony, ideal for sunbathing or a quiet siesta! I would suggest you definitely need a car to get out and about. It is approx 1hr 20mins frm Larnaca airport and 15mins from Paphos airport. There is some lovely coastline and little villages to go and explore nearby and of course Paphos. The restaurants/supermarket on site are more expensive than outside of the resort which is to be expected. Be prepared to bring or buy all the essentials for self catering eg washing up liquid,toilet rolls, salt&pepper,foil for cooking etc as the apartment has absolutely no basic items. All in all a wonderful apartment to relax and enjoy your holiday. The owner is very efficient with correspondence and booking your holiday and the staff on site are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.
