* Beds: 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 doubles, 1 twin, twin rollaway, 2 queen sofas.

Guest: We loved this house. It had plenty of room for us, our adult kids, and our 5 grandchildren. The location is wonderful. Having access to the condo pool and hot tubs made it the best of both worlds ( private house and condo amenities). We had a few questions and the property manager was very quick with the answers. We are already looking forward to next year!

My family and i greatly enjoy your beautiful beach home. Everything was perfect as on prior occasions. We love the location, particularly the ease of access from hwy 98 and the proximity to the outlets and sandestin. The beach there is beautiful and not as crowded as other areas. Your home is beautiful and spacious. There is plenty of room for our entire family and guests. The sleeping accommodations are excellent. The home is very comfortable. The master suite is particularly nice. The bathrooms and closets are larger than any place we have ever stayed. Of course, we love the fact that the place is pet-friendly. Our mini-schnauzer is right at home! There is plenty of room for cooking and eating. The gas grill and patio are perfect. Our kids love the pool, and the amenities are a real bonus. There are plenty of restaurants close by, several in walking distance. Surf Hut is our favorite. We look forward to many future visits to your home.

Our choice is always AJ's, we love it. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. Loved the large pool and we also loved the Bay Town Wharf and shopping at the outlet mall.
