IDEAL FOR FAMILIES, OR FOR FRIENDS ON HOLIDAY TOGETHER (GUESTS MUST BE OVER 25 TO BOOK). A FEW MINUTES ON FOOT TO FANTASTIC LOCAL BEACH. GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO TROPEA.
One of three fully furnished self-contained units on 2 levels in Casa Margherita, a detached property located in the village of Parghelia, just 3 km from Tropea. Minutes from the beach and from local shops and restaurants.
Air conditioning in all rooms. Wifi available in some rooms.
Ground Floor: open plan living area with large comfortable sofa bed, armchair, coffee table; kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave kettle and toaster; spacious shower room.
First Floor:one double bedroom with super king sized bed and one twin/double bedroom, both with sea-view balcony; large bathroom equipped with washing machine.
Basement: private garage connected to the apartment via an internal staircase.
Patio with table and chairs for “al fresco” dining and private garden.
Barbecue
Can be rented together with the adjacent unit "Excelsior" and apartment "Gritti" for larger groups, subject to availability.
