Description

melivaro is a large house of traditional architecture and construction, located in the mountain above the village of Tsoukalades on the west coast of the island. It is 700m from the village for essential groceries (very well appointed minimarket) and taverns, less than 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Pefkoulia beach, 10 minutes from the fishing village of Aghios Nikitas and its fantastic Milos beach, 15 min from Kathisma, 25 min from Egremni (awarded at rank 24 of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world in 2013), 35 min from the most famous Porto Katsiki. It's also 10 min from the living Lefkada town for a walk on the port and marina or in its charming old streets.
The villa sleeps eight (up to 10) persons, ideal for 2-3 families or a group of friends: it has two double bedrooms ensuite and two single bedrooms (becoming double) sharing a bathroom, its own private swimming pool, a pool house, a pergola and a barbecue area with a wood oven. Beautiful gardens, terraces and aromatic plants surround the house. Its location offers the most beautiful Lefkadian sunsets, and gorgeous views from every part of the house that overlooks rural hills to the sea beyond, to Ionian sea, Paxos and Corfu, and Amvrachikos gulf.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: ten (10) persons. One or two additional guests can be accommodated upon agreement.
PETS: can be considered under the condition they are walked outside the property, gardens and lawns are kept clean and in the shape they were found, they are not slept in the bedrooms.
INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include facilities, linen, towels, pool towels, and cleaning service twice a week (Saturday or Sunday – Tuesday or Wednesday). Extra cleaning is charged 30 euros/hour.
