Sleeps 10-12, A modernly designed ground floor property apartment, which has a large garden terrace and private swimming pool. The property has been finished and furnished to the highest standards, and would offer comfort and all mod cons. Due its spacious size, this family friendly property would be an ideal choice for families, or a group of friends sharing. The property is spread over one large ground floor, and has approx 180 square meters, 1800 sq.ft. in size. The property is just a short walk away to the nearby seafront and beaches; and there are a number of small family friendly beaches in this area. Conveniently there is a local food market shop just a 2 minute walk away. The property is situated in a quaint small fishing village, in the magnificent Boka Bay; and is just 8 km distance away from the historical town of Herceg Novi.

The property also includes a lovely garden terrace and swimming pool area; where guests can really enjoy their time, by either relaxing by the pool, or having a barbecue and eating in Mediterranean alfresco style. There are many local restaurants in this area to choose from; and guests can have a larger choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and boutiques in the nearby town of Herceg Novi. This property additionally benefits by having two safe and secure car parking spaces, reserved for staying guests.

LIVING AREA

This property has a large and spacious living space, which is open plan and combines living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area has two comfortable sofas, armchair, coffee table, Plasma TV with DVD player, dining table with seating for six and air con.

The property also has an additional separate living room, which has a large sofa and coffee table. This space would be ideal for any guests wishing to relax, read, or it can also be used as a play room for children.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has a modern design and includes all mod cons for cooking. The kitchen includes oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all other cooking utensils and cutlery.

BEDROOMS

This property has a total of five separate bedrooms.

The property has four bedrooms which include a double bed, bedside table and lamps. There is an additional bedroom with twin single beds.

Please note that if needed, there is additional sleeping space on a sofa bed, located in the reading room.

Additionally the garden space can be used for children playing, for having a lovely barbecue, all alfresco meals and for all other outdoor sociable activities. Please note that the garden has no sea view.

PARKING

The property is supplied with two safe and secure parking spaces, situated to the rear of the building; which are reserved for staying guests.

ACCESS

The property has great access for staying guests, as its located on the ground floor of the building. The property is situated approx 200 meters from the seafront and beaches.

Please note that there is one set of stairs leading down to the property, however it should be suitable for most guests.

CLEANING LAUNDRY SERVICE

The property is cleaned on a weekly basis, with a fresh set of bath towels and bed linen supplied on this day.

DISTANCE FROM AIRPORTS

Two major airports which are both around the same distance away approx 45 min - Tivat and Dubrovnik (Croatia).

Getting around

Located a mere 6km from Herceg Novi, Baošići is best visited on foot since paths from the main Adriatic Highway can be tricky to find. Visitors are encouraged to park up and walk the main promenade, since it is closed to drivers during the summer season. The promende also provides a beautiful view of the architecture, natural beauty and history of Kumbor, Đenovići and Baošići.

“Just the job”

Villa Marko was a great find for us. It was spacious, modern and in a great position. The pool was great although we did dip in the sea a lot as the shore was only a few minutes walk. Really helpful host also. Only negatives, lack of mirrors, some lights and sockets not working. However, great stay thank you .

The electric sockets and lights had a fault and were fixed within a day so hopefuly that didn't distract from your enjoyment.
