Lovely studio with everything you need for your stay. Excellent location, truly comfortable, and fully equipped. We even give you a mobile phone with a local line for you to have during your stay! :-)

* Tiny:

Yep, I must confess it's only 23x10 ft (7x3 m), but...

* Very well-located:

- 6 blocks away from the most important corner in Cordoba city (Patio Olmos mall).

- 6 blocks from the Nuevocentro Shopping.

* Truly Comfortable:

- 2 twin size sommiers, that can be turned to 1 king size and you won't notice that they are 2 (thanks to our mattresses' cover).

- A very comfortable executive armchair that you'll enjoy while either working, or just relaxing.

* Fully equipped:

- 6 Mb Internet Wi-fi connection.

- Wireless phone with a fixed line and free local calls to fixed lines.

- TV LCD 32" Samsung with Digital TV connection (+ HDMI & VGA cables for you to connect it to your computer).

- 2.1 speakers (+ RCA-plug cable for you to connect to your music devices).

- Air conditioner with heating.

- Kitchenette with Minibar, 2 electric stoves, electric kettle, electric toaster, basic kitchen equipment & dinnerware for 4.

- Desktop with lamp & a very comfortable armchair.

The building is on a pretty quite area of the city, but just 6 blocks away from its main point. Even in a closer range (2 blocks) you have all you need for a stay: grocery, bakery, laundry, gas station, garage, bar & restaurant.

It's also well-connected with public transportation, having +10 lines passing within a 500 m range. Most buses to the hills (main attraction of the province), also go past within that distance, and take you to the Sierras in less than an hour.

Getting around

It's very well-connected with public transportation, having +10 lines passing within a 500 m range. Most buses to the hills (where there are plenty of villages offering a vast diversity of natural and cultural attractions), also go past within that distance, and take you to the Sierras in less than an hour.

I love my job, which essentially consists of offering my guests what they need for taking the most out of their visit to Cordoba, which is a unique experience. Interaction is an important part of that work. Our intention is to always give all the information that is needed at first, and stay in touch for any other need that could appear during their stay.

How do damage deposits work?
