Sleep in the historic monument in a Palace at the Grand Hotel (built in 1850) in Aix les Bais apartment fitting up to 5 persons in the Spa capital of the French Alps, Annecy, right in the heart of old town and a 5-minute walk from the cleanest and most beautiful lake in Europe lake Bourget.

You will also get to enjoy a unique setting and view from the old town with balconies.

Comes fully furnished with kitchen and bath.

Weekly rent is only 600 Euros.

There are no cleaning fee for this appartment as you are expected to leave the appartment spotless when you leave. That means cleaning it (bathroom, floor, vaccum clean, change the bed sheets and throw the garbage out).

“fantastische ligging midden in oude stad”

Response from the owner This person was very difficult to deal with. Before he arrived he asked me if he would be able to cancel in case he wants to stay somewhere else. I understood he was a bit aged so I said I would be willing to be flexible. Once he arrived he told me all went fine but the next day he complained about all what could possibly come to his mind. He complained that there was personal items (like clothes) that belonged to me in the flat, or Ketchup and mustard in the fridge (he expected the fridge to be empty). I called him to hear his complaints and it was obvious to me that he already had booked somewhere else (which was closer to where he wanted to go originately). In the end, due to his age (and rudeness I have to say), I accepted to pay him back 4 nights (after he spent his first already). He left the place without cleaning it (this is part of the conditions) and I now realized he gave me this unfair review. Some people should understand that sharing a home is not being a hotel owner with a receptionnist and empty cupboards. It is totally normal that some personal items are in my flat as I live there. For the smell and hygiene, again this is totally out of context and exaggerated as thsi person had to justify why he wanted to move out. It is sometimes sad to see how dishonest and rude people can be but that is life unfortunately, and some people do not appreciate the concept the way it is. I really not recommend this person to stay at your place!
