I am sorry to hear that you were not able to get the pool warm enough. The solar system was updated in December, and I had also purchased a new heater for the Jacuzzi, so this is disappointing news. I have brought this issue to the company's attention and they will remedy the issue. Thanks again for sharing your experience, and hopefully you will want to visit Naples again! Adella
