Description

Recreation seekers will feel right at home in our two holiday houses with three bedrooms in total. They are situated in a rural area, just 300 meters from the sea, surrounded by nature and Balinese life. The smaller bungalow with one bedroom has its terrace in a secluded corner of the garden. The larger bungalow with two bedrooms is situated quite central, overlooking the swimming-pool with the surrounding natural garden and the high bamboo trees behind. All bedrooms have double beds with mosquito nets, seats with small tables and wardrobes. We can easily switch to "no air conditioning" with natural cooling by 2 ventilators and open ventilation windows with insect screens in every room. The bathrooms have shower with hot water. Furthermore there is a guest kitchen in a separate building, a pavilion (ideal for massage and bird watching) and also our private house right next door. Guests get maximum privacy. The whole garden with private swimming pool is for their own when booking on this rental site. The kitchen has 2 fridges, a gas stove, all necessary equipment and free coffee, tea and drinking water. A rich mixed breakfast is provided. In general, we operate in an environmentally friendly manner. We, a Balinese-German family, will do everything to make your holiday dreams come true. We organize transfer, trips around the island, snorkeling, diving, dolphin watching and all other holiday activities.

We help our guests to rent a car or motor bike, to organize a car with driver or a captain for a boat trip to watch dolphins, snorkeling or fishing. We recommend day-trips in the northern part of Bali, to avoid sitting too long in the car.

We, a Balinese-German couple, live on-site, guests can contact us the whole day through. We like to help in any way, to organize holiday activities and do everything to make the stay with us comfortable and a nice experience.

Response from the owner Vielen Dank liebe Gaeste fuer euere Muehe, diese Bewertung zu schreiben. Es freut uns, dass ihr insgesamt unsere Anlage als eine Oase empfunden habt. Gerne gehe ich nun auf den Punkt "Pool" ein: Leider stimmt das, was anscheinend im Loose Reisefuehrer steht, naemlich dass unser Pool ausschliesslich mit UV-Licht gereinigt wird, nicht. Unser Pool wird Ozon- und UV-Licht gereinigt. Dies bedeuted, dass der Chlorgehalt niedriger gehalten werden kann, als bei herkoemmlich behandelten Pools. Im Durchschnitt heisst das weniger Chlor, was aber auch Schwankungen beinhaltet. Es kann sein, dass ab und zu der Chlorgehalt mal hoeher als durchschnittlich ist und dies zusammen mit Metallionen im Wasser kann bei blondem, vor allem gebleichtem Haar dazu fuehren, dass es gruen wird. Zum Glueck kann man gut mit Natron diesen Effekt beheben. Leider ist es nicht moeglich, in diesem tropisch heissen Klima einen Pool ganz ohne Chlor klar und sauber zu erhalten. 2 Gaeste verzeichnen wir in unseren 9 Jahren Poolerfahrungen, die einen Gruenstich in ihr gebleichtes Haar bekamen. Das tut mir leid! Wir werden uns weiterhin bemuehen, unseren Pool in einem guten Zustand zu erhalten. Besonders werde ich unsere Geraetschaften fuer den Pool ueberpruefen und Metalle doch gegen Plastik austauschen............. Es gruesst ganz herzlich Burgel vom Saraswati Holiday House!
