Description

Thanks to a careful renewal, the ancient fishermen's house, located at the highest point of Gabicce Monte, has been turned into a tourist accommodation. The restoration of this house is the result of an attentive research aiming at conveying feelings of authenticity and hospitality. The oak beams, the terracotta hollow flat tiles of ceilings and floors, the fireplace, the marble table and the art nouveau-style bed of the two-floor rooms create the typical cosy atmosphere of peace of mind that Gabicce Monte and San Bartolo park inspire.

Helaas, de uitzonderlijke natte hitte deze zomer deed betreuren het besluit om de airconditioner te zetten. We hadden een enorm gebouw isolatie gekozen, maar het bleek niet voldoende. We repare ze voor de toekomst. Wij hopen dat u nog steeds onze gasten, groeten. S & C P.S:. Excuus voor de poging om te vertalen met google. Debbo confessare che in questa casa piace abitare anche a me e io adoro il caldo, molto caldo, in casa anche se debbo fare i conti con mia moglie che vorrebbe 17 gradi, almeno nelle camere, quindi la ristrutturazione si proponeva di potere gestire un bella differenza di temperatura secondo le esigenze dell'ospite. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefano (the owner) a message.

If Stefano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
