Description

10 The Downs is a spacious ground floor apartment set in 4 acres of grounds with panoramic views over Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island. There is direct access from the grounds to the south west coastal footpath, just a few minutes walk away from Thurlestone Village and Bantham.

Thurlestone is located approximately 4 miles from Kingsbridge, an estuary market town and 7 miles from Salcombe, a thriving tourist destination. THere is a village shop, pub and hotel in Thurlestone.

The apartment is light and spacious with two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The large living area has two sofas, an extending dining table and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.

All bed linen, towels and t towels are included.

The apartment has its own separate access from a courtyard. Plenty of parking.

Very comfortable apartment with good facilities and excellent location. Very quiet and easy access to coastal paths and village amenities. Enjoyed our stay here and communication was good from host.

“What a gorgeous place!”

Stunning location with amazing views, lovely village, close to outstanding Batham beach.... and feels like home from home, with fully equipped kitchen, good size rooms and lovely decor. Highly recommended!

“Clean, comfortable, well equipped and excellent location”

The location is amazing - the beach and lots of hikes on the doorstep! This is a great family-friendly apartment, it was clean, fully equipped, comfortable. Nice furniture and shower too! Nicky even let our dog stay. We'll visit again!

How do damage deposits work?
