Description

Villa Greta is a lovely beachfront villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, set in cascading gardens with spacious sundecks. It offers uninterrupted views over the Croatian mainland coast, islands and surrounding mountains.

We want to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. A light supper or a platter will be awaiting your arrival with our compliments. Cooking after a trip is probably the last thing you want to do. Milk, coffee and some essential provisions are stocked for you, so you can enjoy that first cup of coffee the next morning without finding the market first.

The villa nestles among the greenery on the Promenade of Villas that stretches along the coastline from the center of the Trpanj Village (on the peninsula of Peljesac in Southern Dalmatia).

It sits overlooking one of the most beautiful and clear seas in the world.

Its living space includes a spacious shaded terrace with outdoor living and dining area, a comfortable lounge with TV (free high-speed Wi Fi throughout), dining and kitchen areas - all neatly interlinked. The bedrooms are situated on the second floor, the front two overlooking the sea and the back with its own large patio. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, a dishwasher and washing machine.

A natural rock beach is just down the stairs from the entrance to the property or the main beach is just a few hundred meters down to road.

Trpanj is a charming Mediterranean style seaside village offering a relaxing vacation with is quaint cafes, restaurants and still providing you with ample opportunity for a night life if you so choose. It is still the place where fishermen bring in the catch at dawn and you can pick up fresh fish, vegetables and fruit at the market.

Surrounded by a crystal blue sea and traditional terraced vineyards giving visitors the classic Mediterranean experience and mild warm climate. The pebble beaches and calm seas of the area are inviting and ideal for exploring, boating and fishing and provide abundant snorkeling and scuba diving opportunities to see the beautiful underwater locations. Besides traditional stores the outdoor market provides the catch of the day, fresh fruit and vegetables and don’t forget to pick up some vine at the local cellar.

There are plenty of restaurants offering good traditional food with local wine and after dinner take a stroll among the bars, have a drink and relax or go dancing.

Like to sail or would like to try? Charter a sailboat with a skipper for day trips to one of the local coves and beaches or to the delta of the river Neretva and its sand-dunes. Enjoy lunch and refreshments on the beach or on board and just have fun. Arrangements can be made with the owner any time during your stay.

“Perfect hideaway”

This delightful three-bedroomed villa is located about a 10-minute gentle walk from charming Trpanj beach with restaurants and cafes. It has a huge verandah, perfect for sitting and looking at the beautiful sea view. It is well furnished with everything you need for a holiday stay. The hosts Ante and Karmela are wonderful people - so welcoming and kind. They had prepared a gorgeous arrival feast which we devoured within minutes. Loved it here.

“Great staying, very nice hosts, beautiful nature and beaches!”

The villa is very comfortable, clean, and the hosts are really nice. The sea is just vis-a-vis. The nature is incredibly beautiful. We will surely visit that place again :)
