Description
A very popular Isla Mujeres destination is this versatile property , Villa Tranquila. It can be rented as a whole Villa, four bedrooms, 4 and a half baths, sleeping 8-10; the main house, a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit sleeping 4-6; a Studio(there are two, one above the other in a separate building on the same property), sleeping two each; or any combination of the above.
The first floor of the "Main House" consists of a sunken living room complete with built -in couches, comfy leather chairs, ottoman, with cable T. V. The high speed internet router is in here also. Sliding glass doors lead to an outside terrace. A 1/2 bath, a well equipped kitchen, & dining area complete the first floor.
An indoor circular stairway leads to the second level which consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed, leather easy chair & ottoman, cable T. V. The west bedroom has a queen bed, chair, cable T. V. w/DVD player, radio/CD combo.
The 2 Studios are each equipped with an ensuite full bathroom, a queen bed, cable T. V, fridge, coffeemaker,, & iron w/ironing blanket, small couch, table & chairs.
Three of the four bedrooms, as well as the living room, have ocean views.
Villa Tranquila has it all: beautiful turquoise hues of the Caribbean, a wonderful rooftop pool for you to enjoy, with downtown & beautiful beaches only a short walk away. The rooftop terrace (partially covered with a palapa or thatched roof) offers magnificent views of the open sea & Mujeres Bay. It has a mini bar area with a fridge and sink, a toilet, as well as tables & chairs for enjoying spectacular sunsets while dining.
This is a great place for families or friends to vacation together in a relaxing and comfortable space. Please note during the covid pandemic we will not be providing a midweek maid service while guests are in the house . We can drop off fresh linens and towels as well as house supplies such as paper products and water jugs by request . This is to keep guests and staff as safe as possible during this time .
The villa is gated on both sides to provide complete privacy from passers-by. For a larger group, this may be combined with Casa Tranquila, the neighboring house, which is a two bedroom, two and a half bath property which can sleep an additional 4-6 persons. Availability calendar shows whole villa rentals only. Ask about other options. Whole Villa booking only for holidays and high season (Dec 21-Mar 31)
*Please note during covid the cleaners do not enter the house while guests are there . we can have them drop off linens and towels as well as supplies as needed . this is to keep staff and guests as safe as possible during the pandemic .
