Description

This 1150 sq. ft spacious condo featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms offers beautiful views of the inner canal from the lanai. This Condo is equipped with a king bed, queen bed, and 2 twins, so there is no need for your guests to sleep on a sofa! the Condo has new flat screen tv's (living room, master bedroom,guest bedroom), DVD, digital cable, wireless internet, in-suite full size washer/dryer, dishwasher and granite counter tops.

The complex has a fabulous Heated Pool (largest on the Island), BBQ and Gazebo area with 6 BBQ's), Hot-Tub, poolside washrooms and guest boating docks are all located within the condo complex.

It is a very short walk (3-4 minutes) to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Restaurants, theater, and shopping are all within walking distance, or hop on the public trolley if you prefer.

How do damage deposits work?

If Vito (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
