Description

Stunning Andalusian villa for up to 11 people with private garden, heated pool and chill out area all set within 1500m2 of landscaped gardens. The property, located on a hillside with incredible views over the Guadalhorce valley, is made up of the main house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and a separate 1 bedroom garden apartment with en suite bathroom. This amazing villa is situated only a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

The villa has it own private heated pool and is one of the few villas on the market that offers this luxury. The pool is fitted with a pool heat pump that raises the water temperature between 3 and 5 degrees more than it would normally be at that time of the year.

The house offers extensive facilities, including a family sized BBQ, outside bar, table tennis table, darts, basketball court as well as a playroom for the children. It also offers high speed internet, a large LED TV and full air conditioning as well as central heating for the winter months.

The house is a 5 minute drive from the lovely village of Alhaurin de la Torre which has everything you'll need from supermarkets, banks and pharmacies to some great tapas bars and restaurants. It is perfectly located with the beach only a 20 minute drive away, Lauro Golf 5 minutes and a 40 minutes drive to Marbella.

The area has plenty to explore. For family holidays with children, there's Torremolinos water park, a crocodile park and Tivoli theme park all just 15 minutes away. For those wanting to see a bit more of Spain you have the beautiful village of Mijas 20 minutes away and Ronda roughly 1 hour's drive. For those wishing to venture further afield you have Granada, with the famous Alhambra Palace, and the beautiful city of Cordoba both 1 1/4 hours, Gibraltar 1 1/2 hours and Seville 2 hours drive.

An ideal place for a relaxing break with family and friends with the added guarantee of the sun. A week here will just won't be enough!
