Perfect base to explore Brac and beyond. A studio apartment (sleeps two) with stunning sea views and a balcony. Air conditioning unit is provided. 7 min walk to beautiful beaches. 1 min walk to supermarket. 10 min walk to cafes, restaurants and harbour. Short ferry ride to Split. Perfect base for swimming and snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. And it's sunny 300 days a year!

This spacious, modern studio apartment makes a perfect base from which to enjoy the beauty of Croatia's coast. The balcony and windows afford fabulous views of the sea, the mountains and the spectacular sunsets. The apartment sits on the hillside above the historic fishing village of Postira on the island of Brac.

The apartment is air conditioned with a large, comfortable double bed, wardrobe, drawers, and mirrors. Views from the balcony look out across the sea to the mountains, while on the other side you can see Postira harbour and the old town. A spacious bathroom has a walk in shower, lighted mirror unit over the sink and wc. The large kitchen diner is exceptionally well equipped with a beautiful fitted kitchen, dish washer, oven, hob, fridge with freezer and all the equipment you could need. Wifi is available and included in the price.

The dining room opens onto a balcony with fabulous views across the sea to Omiš and Split on the mainland and the mountains behind.

Getting around

You can use the local public buses (the bus stop is only a minute walk from the apartments) or we can help you move around with our car, at a reasonable price. We can also help you rent a car and arrange for a vehicle of your choice to be delivered and picked up at the apartment, for the entire duration of your stay or for the selected days. You can also rent bikes or scooters locally to tour the island. We will be happy to advise you on the best vendors. We also provide free ferry port pick up for the parties staying 8 days or more, but this can be independently arranged too.

Interaction with guest

We live in the same building and are available anytime to answer any of your questions, give you a quick lift to Supetar or another place in Brac if asked, provide our best advice on what to do and where to go. We occasionally organise walking tours for our guests, showing some of the hidden gems of the island. You can expect special local treats and surprise gifts for all our guests and we generally do all we can to enhance further your holiday mood and support your needs.

Our building and the Molo Lozna area is a residential area. Whilst we hope you enjoy your stay, please respect quiet night hours.

Smaller pets are permitted. If resulted damage (incl required cleaning) may be deducted from the security deposit.

Smoking is forbidden inside the house. You may, however, smoke at the veranda and anywhere outside the building.

Maid service included in the rate is once a week. We do not allow towels to be taken from the property.
