One of five farm cottages nestling in picturesque countryside on the North Cornwall and Devon border. Well Farm Cottages offer a tranquil base for family or friends looking to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful area has to offer. Well Farmhouse is family friendly, pet friendly, spacious accommodation, with comfortable furnishings and electric heating. Views of the surrounding countryside are enjoyed from most rooms. Visit England 3 star rated. Three bedrooms - upstairs are a spacious double bedroom and a single bedroom. Downstiars a ground floor bedroom with one single and bunk beds with en-suite bathroom, wash basin, half-size bath with hand-held shower attachment, and washing machine. Ground floor w.c. First floor bathroom/wc with double-end bath and shower attachment; shower cubicle with electric shower, heated towel rail. Comfortable beamed living room with settee, armchairs, TV, DVD, double bed settee, window seat and feature open fireplace. Large farmhouse style kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Fully enclosed front lawned garden area with picnic table and bench, barbecue and shared use of childrens activity play area. Nearby River Tamar ideal for fun and fishing. Private off road parking in courtyard for 3 cars. Free wi-fi. Fields for dog walking and picnics, plus fly fishing on the River Tamar and River Deer at no extra charge. Enjoy our local sandy beaches at Bude & Widemouth Bay, swim in the seapool, take a boat trip or walk up the Bude Canal. Lots to do with families including leisure pool, ten pin bowling, horse riding, surfing and coasteering locally.

We live a short drive away and family members live on site so we are always on hand to help with queries. We leave the key in the door for you to check in. We then check to make sure you have everything you need and are okay. We are on hand to chat but respect your privacy too.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
