Description

Millers Rest is an attractive and very spacious converted barn, with rear garden terrace, private front courtyard and bbq. Its large living/dining room has an open fireplace and electric wood burner effect stove. The sofa converts to a double bed to accommodate extra guests at additional charge.

There are three bedrooms, the single has its own TV. The master bedroom is large, and has space for a wooden cot and additional single sofa bed/chair.

The wooden fitted kitchen has views over farmland and woods to the rear. Millers Rest is a perfect cottage for a family to enjoy a holiday in North Cornwall with easy access to the countryside and coast.

The cottage has:

42" flat-screen digital TV and DVD player; DAB radio and free WI-fi; open fire/electric stove; night storage heating; Kitchen with electric double oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer dryer, access to rear garden terrace; Bathroom with bath with electric shower over, hand basin and w.c.; Master bedroom with king size bed and single bed, bedroom two is a twin bedroom, bedroom three is a single bedroom with tv; Linen and towels included; Selection of books and toys; Ample car parking; Cot, high-chair and stair-gate on request; Children's play area with fort and slide plus nest swing. Picnic table and barbeque; Fly fishing on River Tamar and River Deer. Pet pigs and chickens on site.

Although a bungalow, the cottage has some internal steps.

“Great Family Holiday”

Lovely area, near the beach. Cottage was well furnished and very nice inside and out. The pigs and chickens in the field are very friendly and perfect for young children. A great holiday all round.

“Great Location, Great Accommodation, just Great!”

Stayed at Millers Rest for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the accommodation is up to a high standard, it is clean bright and in super location. There was no problem sleeping bed was super comfy no noise from neighbours or traffic. Kitchen is everything you require. Wi-fi was great, Tv is big and modern. Rooms are a great size. Kids play area outside is superb. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

How do damage deposits work?
