A wonderful vacation property nestled in the private community of Point Chautauqua, located on New York's Lake Chautauqua.

Available on a year-round basis, this property caters to swimmers, boaters and fisherman in the summer, to skiers and snow-mobilers in the winter and vacationers all year round, especially during the Fall colors.

In Summer, enjoy all the lake amenities, on-site tennis courts and the nearby golf course.

In Winter, use the nearby snowmobile trails, go ice fishing or take the short drive to the ski slopes of Western NY - Holiday Valley and Peek N' Peak.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
