Superb property which is located within walking distance of Sunny Beach s main beach and everything that Sunny Beach has to offer. In a superbly positioned location with gorgeous family pools. Quiet and peaceful, yet closely accessible to the main areas . This gorgeous 2nd floor apartment comfortably accommodates six people and benefits from easy access to all amenities, including the best rated excellent restaurants, 100 % Family , Picadilly ,Bolero, The Corner Bar, Lapa Lapa, The Harp, Bombay Grill , Morris etc .Ideally placed for all tastes and aspects of entertainment including extensive bars and within easy walking distance to the free bus to the Aqua Park. The bus stop is 5/6 mins walk if you would like to explore Nessebar , Bourgas or other resorts in Bulgaria.

The apartment benefits from a massive private pool for residents use, with a separate large shallow section, perfect for the children as well as a childrens play area. Leading from the living room is a South facing balcony overlooking the complex and which gets sun all afternoon, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to drink/dine al fresco!

One double and one twin bedroom both with craftsmen built fitted wardrobes with vast storage space, bedside table/drawers/light .This apartment is so ideal for families, with more than plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The air conditioned lounge also houses a double sofa bed, TV and DVD. FREE UNLIMITED WIFI

The main bedroom has another lovely balcony. The kitchen is modern, and the apartment is extremely well equipped with Zanussi appliances and maintained to a very high standard. This location is superb in respect of walking distance to literally all the attractions, catering for all ages and cultures.

As the apartment is located on the 2nd floor , stairs are involved so this apartment/ complex would not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The whole resort is very accessible on foot from here!

As the name suggests Sunny Beach is the sunniest resort with the longest and widest beach strip. Hotels spread right along the beach and among the dunes. The long sandy beach gentrly shelves in to the sea making it perfect for young families. This resort is well established offering many sporting activities. A host of pavement stalls provides you with the opportunity to pick up some local arts and crafts. There is excellent nightlife with discos, nightclubs, beach bars, restaurants and bars.

Transfer time:From Bourgas Airport to Sunny Beach: 25mins. We can organise transfers.
