Fully equipped recently updated Cape Cod getaway located on a quiet side road within walking distance to warm water Nantucket Sound beaches. (This is a single family home, not part of a cottage colony or condo complex.) The cottage boasts a large master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds and a pull out full size sofa bed in the living room. Main Street, Dennisport is also a short walk with many shops and restaurants. Amenities include off-street parking (two cars only), a shed for your bicycles, large deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating. H/C enclosed outside shower, full bath with tub and shower, washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided. Nearby the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, 9 golf courses within 15 minutes, Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket Ferry located 15 minutes away. Recently updated living room and bedrooms include fresh paint, new furniture and mattresses and central AC. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a rolling cooler (with ice packs), sand toys and a wagon are provides for your trips to the beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
