“Perfect Cape Cod Vacation Cottage”

Reviewed 27 Jul 2014

We just returned from our week-long stay at this beautiful, immaculately clean cottage. We fell in love with it online, and it certainly did not disappoint! I can honestly say that there was not one thing lacking from this home. Everything we needed was included; just bring some food and a bathing suit and have a great time! The cottage was the perfect size for our family of four, and the family and friends that joined us on the beach for a day all loved the coziness and décor as much as we did. The ocean is a short walk away, but we bought a parking pass for the week, and were happy that we did. Although we did not explore as many different beaches as we thought we might, it was so convenient to have the pass and be able to pack all our things in the car, drive down to Inman Beach, and have the option to make quick (5 minute) trips back to the house for extra drinks/snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. Parking was never an issue at Inman, so there was no concern about losing a spot. Also, don’t miss out on picking up some steamers from George’s Fish Market. We ate them on the back deck after long days on the beach – perfect and delicious! We can’t wait to return next summer, thank you Lynn and Mark for sharing your home with us!

“Perfect summer house!”

Reviewed 23 Aug 2013

We (2 adults, 2 kids aged 3 and 6) rented this house for a week, to relax, go the beach and visit Cape Cod. It was perfect for us - excellent, high quality facilities (kitchen, laundry, BBQ, beach accessories, and even a tree house for the children), within walking distance (10-15 mins) to a couple of nice beaches, and easy driving distance to local shops and for visits to the rest of the Cape. Very highly recommended.

“A cozy 'home from home'.”

Reviewed 4 Jun 2013

We were delighted with our stay in this relaxing, well decorated and very comfortable Cape Cod cottage. It is perfectly located being close to the beach, shops and restaurants and ideal for exploring the beautiful Cape. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into making sure that everything one could possibly wish for is provided. Arriving after our long journey we at once settled in and felt at home. The warm house, welcoming chocolates and bottle of wine were much appreciated as well as the paper and pen waiting for us in the kitchen drawer the following morning just as our thoughts had turned to shopping. The sun shone and the glorious cherry tree in the garden put on a wonderful flowering display during our visit. From the peaceful deck we were able to watch the squirrels in the trees whilst having lunch. So much praise should go to Mark and Lynn for creating this 'home from home' to which we very much hope to return before too long.

“We loved it”

Reviewed 25 Sep 2012

We are a family with two older children (15 and 12 years) and one Baby. The cottage was perfect for all of us und we liked it very much. We could find there everything, what we needed. Something to play for the children, a babybed and a highchair an a full equipped kitchen. We find it very good, to have a wachingmachine and a dryer, so we could go home with clean clothes in the suitcase. We went to Provincetwon for whale wachting an we can really recommend this trip.

“A wonderful place to stay”

Reviewed 28 Jun 2012

We stayed at Morris Road, Dennisport for two weeks June 10th to 24th 2012. We had a wonderful time made all the better because our beautiful cottage had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Lynn and Mark have thought of all the things you could need for a very enjoyable holiday - coolers, beach chairs, bug candles, washer/dryer, childrens toys, small hair dryer, the list goes on...The cottage was spotless when we arrived and the chocolate surprises on the table were a really nice touch. As we had travelled from Ireland it was especially nice that linens and towels (even beach towels) were provided therefore avoiding all that extra luggage. The kitchen was very well stocked and although we did not get to use it there was a lobster pot too. We really loved the cottage and it's location which was only a half mile to two beaches, about a 7 minute walk. Sundae School is close by for an ice cream treat and BZ,s is great for pizza. A visit to the Islands is a must and information on all the boat times etc. are in an information pack at the cottage. If you want a truly beautiful Cape Cod cottage to stay at then stay here...you will not be disappointed.

“Can't wait to go back!”

Reviewed 8 Apr 2012

We stayed here last summer and are going again this summer. Loved the location as we could walk to the awesome beach and to town. Being able to put our bikes in the shed was a nice bonus. Cottage is very cute and very clean - had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful! My favorite place was the deck - quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Can't wait to get back to our Cape Cod vacation spot! Highly recommend it!
