MBV501 at Maxwell Beach Villas in Barbados is located in a new South Coast beach front condominium complex of fifteen (15) two-bedroom apartments available for short or long term rentals. All units have lovely sea views out over the garden and pool. Fully equipped with luxury kitchens, flat screen television and DVD, and maid service the apartments share the lovely pool and gardens, while being located directly on Maxwell beach. Oistins is a short walk away for the popular 'Fish Fry' and St. Lawrence Gap a 5 minute drive. The Reef Bar and Grill next door at Butterfly Beach Hotel is also a popular spot. Secure parking is available on site, along with concierge service and 24hr security.

Getting around

Bus stop just steps away, easy to get to anywhere on the island. Having a car is a very nice addition however as Barbados has much to see and explore.

We have front desk on duty from 8-4 Monday to Friday, and security on duty all other hours. Just call if you need us!

The condo was clean,safe and very beautifully decorated. I would stay at this condo again. It's a short bus ride to St. Lawrence gap. But very peaceful being away from the hustle and bustle.

How do damage deposits work?
