It has a beautifully designed and maintained pool, garden & lawn and other flowering plants/trees. Centrally Air Conditioned, one bedroom, one bathroom with toilet.
One very spacious sitting room cum dining room. Fully furnished Kitchen (Fridge, stove & microwave). Large open balcony. Cable television. Common swimming pool and a tennis Court.

A ground floor apartment. It has a spacious living cum dinning room is furnished with a sofa set, a coffee table, a television and a dinning table for four.
The kitchen has a granite worktop and is fitted with cupboards. It is equipped with a fridge, gas cooking stove, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery and crockery.
Bedroom is air conditioned with a king-si1ze double bed, space for hanging clothes & a cupboard for hanging & Storing clothes etc.
There is an additional single sofa cum bed in the living area.
The apartment has a nice long balcony that overlooks one of the central areas of the complex which has a tennis court.
We also have 2 bicycles that we give out on hire at an additional cost.
This comfortable, well appointed self catering holiday apartment is situated in one of Goa's most prestigious Holiday Home complexes Costa's Montage, which is located by the Benaulim beach. Costa's Montage is a premium residential condominium, which houses arguably some of the most luxurious sea side apartments and villas in Goa, and is popular with a lot of visitors to this part of Goa.
